I am 70 years old and I have been seeing Dr Starch for over 20 years . He has performed multiple surgeries on me and always has done an excellent job. He is very concerned and very helpful. I am having another surgery in a week and a half. And not worried in the least . I know I’m in great hands and look forward to the future with his help.

The front office staff at NB Ortho are very friendly and helpful. The technicians are very knowledgeable. Dr. Tubb is outstanding in his field of surgery and is easy to talk with. He makes sure you are comfortable and aware of your options and the procedure that he recommends.

Everyone, from the making of my appointment, checking me in, rooming, Xray, evaluation & discussion with Dr, Tubb, explanation of forms by his medical technician to my check out & scheduling was extremely professional and helpful and I would recommend Dr. Tubb & his staff to anyone in search of an orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Tubb reviewed & discussed my knee issues, explained my options, pros & cons, and told me it was my choice as to what route to take. I felt it was time for knee replacement so we moved forward with scheduling the surgery and discussing pre & post PT for getting me ready for the procedure & & providing me with the best possible rehab afterwards. I felt Dr. Tubb truly listened as I explained my symptoms & answered my questions thoroughly. I am looking forward to better knee health.

Follow up visit was good. I am most disappointed with my progress after surgery. A continuous double clicking sound when walking, some slight pain on the outside of the of my left knee, and swelling that has not dissipated completely after 5 months. Have been attending Physical Therapy sessions twice a week strengthening both the surgical and nonsurgical knees. Everyday activities have increased.

Office staff was very nice and helpful.
X-ray tech funny but professional
Dr Tubb explained my situation to me and listened to what I wanted.
Physical therapy first, no pressure to have knee replacement but will take care of that when I am ready.
