Jennifer Smith, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery with a focus on hip and knee care and joint replacement. As a New Braunfels native and graduate of New Braunfels High School, she is proud to care for patients in the community she has always called home.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Medicine from the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating summa cum laude, and later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. During PA school, she was inducted into Alpha Chi National College Honor Society. She is also an active member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Associates.
Jennifer's interest in orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal medicine stems from a passion for helping patients restore mobility, regain function, and return to the activities they enjoy. She values helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options and believes in providing thoughtful, individualized care throughout every stage of treatment and recovery.
Outside of the clinic and operating room, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
