A native of New Braunfels and graduate of New Braunfels High School, Dr. Antosh earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio before completing his orthopaedic surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He went on to complete a prestigious orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at West Point, New York.
After over 20 years of service in the United States Army — including four overseas combat deployments — Dr. Antosh retired in the summer of 2025. Throughout his military career, he provided orthopaedic care for athletes and elite military teams, including the Army football team and special operations units.
Dr. Antosh specializes in advanced orthopaedic sports medicine procedures, including tendon and ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, and shoulder and knee reconstruction. He is especially interested in shoulder replacement and minimally invasive arthroscopic hip preservation surgery.
