Creighton C. Tubb, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in hip and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Tubb earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He then completed an Adult Reconstructive and Joint Replacement fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, where he received advanced training in complex hip and knee procedures.
Before joining New Braunfels Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine in 2017, Dr. Tubb served for more than 20 years in the U.S. Army, holding multiple leadership and academic roles. He was deployed as an orthopaedic surgeon to Iraq and Afghanistan, providing expert care to injured service members.
Dr. Tubb specializes in primary and revision hip and knee joint replacements and uses the latest techniques and evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional surgical outcomes. An active member of the American Orthopaedic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and other leading organizations, he has also authored numerous scientific articles and textbook chapters.
